Order Processing:
Once you place an order, our team will process it within 2-3 business days. Please note business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but in rare cases, an item may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or offer a refund.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
Until further notice, we offer shipping within South Africa only. Orders are shipped using reliable courier services and the delivery time may vary depending on your location, but generally you can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days from placing your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical challenges may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on all orders above R 1 000.00. For orders below R 1 000.00, a standard shipping fee of R100.00 will be applied at checkout.

Order Cancellation & Charges:

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Soulful Scribbles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if the item you received is damaged or defective, please review our return policy below:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing photographs or other evidence of the issue. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Refunds & Exchanges:
If your return is approved, we will offer you a refund for the purchase price or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
